The room that I am currently in is my bedroom.  I  love to be in this room because in it I can find peace and solitude from the outside world. e taken pictures of a clock, a picture, a remote control, a candle, a telephone and a jewelry box.  All of these items are connected because they are symbolic of some form of change.   The only difference being is  how the change occurs. Some of the items require physically manipulation while the others will change without any assitance.  Time also plays a role in change because change may occur frequently, slowly over a period of time or remain the same indefinitely. 
As I reflect on leadership. leaders must be agents of change.  I believe  they must have a sense of servitude in order to do so.  When  a leader is concerned about others they  builds a certain degree of trust while simultaneously fostering relationships. Once relationships are fostered change can occur.
